Client-Focused CFO - Sydney
Sydney (Hybrid) • Full-time
We’re looking for a senior finance person to work directly with startup founders in Sydney as their fractional CFO.
You’ll partner with venture-backed and high-growth clients on the things that actually matter: strategy, cash flow, runway, fundraising, and making better decisions faster. Board packs, investor financials, and translating the numbers into commercial insight that founders can use.
This is a client delivery role first – you’ll own a portfolio of great clients and be the most senior finance voice in the room. But if you’re active in the ecosystem and enjoy bringing new relationships into the firm, there’s meaningful upside available.
You’re probably:
- 10+ years into a CFO, FD or senior finance career
- Experienced in advisory, professional services, or working across multiple clients
- Comfortable with startups and the pace they move at
- CA or CPA qualified
- Based in Sydney and connected to the startup scene
